John Fuller is the co-host of the daily radio program Focus on the Family with Jim Daly and Dr. Juli Slattery.  He also serves as the vice president of Focus on the Family’s audio and new media division.  He and his wife Dena have been married since 1984 and have six children, including an adopted boy named Zane with special needs that you will hear more about in the book and interview.

Mark Matlock has been working with youth for more than two decades. He is an author of several books including Raising Wise Children, Real World Parents, and Freshman. He is the Executive Director of Youth Specialties and founder of Wisdom Works Ministries and Planet Wisdom. He and his wife Jade have two teenage children.  Mark and I really did attend university together at Biola University.

Scott Palmer and his wife Bethany are The Money Couple.  Both financial advisors, they help couples understand their money personalities.  They have appeared on hundreds of radio and television programs sharing tips from their book First Comes Love, Then Comes Money.  In fact, there’s where I met them – on the set of the television morning talk show Better in New York City.  They have two boys and live in Colorado.

Pastor Glen Cole (1933-2012) was the Pastor Emeritus of Capital Christian Center and Senior Pastor of Trinity Life Center in Sacramento, CA. Pastor Cole was a husband of 58 years, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He served the Assemblies of God as the Northern California Nevada District Superintendent and as a General Council Executive Presbyter. He was known for his contagious love, lifestyle of mentoring, and powerful sermons.

Patrick Brown hosted Home Made Simple on TLC for eight seasons.  He was the home maven, using his experience as a general contractor to fix anything and everything around the house.  We met Patrick when Home Made Simple came to turn our nursery into a big boy car themed room for our Ethan!  Patrick and his wife Denise have two children.
