We’ve been talking about the heart and mind, now it’s time to look at the body.
When I say “the body,” do you cringe inwardly? Maybe you need to lose a few pounds. Maybe the aches and pains in your body are growing louder each day. Maybe the wrinkles are multiplying more quickly than you thought they would.
So many women aren’t happy with their bodies. Our breasts are too big or too small. Our bottoms are too big or too…well, not many women struggle with having a small bottom. 🙂 Whatever the shortcoming, we tend to inflate it in our minds. In reality, no one probably is thinking about your body except you.
One comment I’ve had about the book that I didn’t expect is, “I gave this book to my teenage daughter and we have been reading it together. It’s been great!”
We’re not the only ones who are dealing with body issues. Even the young wish for a different body.
In today’s chapter, you’ll be encouraged to make friends with the person looking at you in the mirror…from head to toe!
