This was a very easy chapter for me to write because I LOVE to sleep!  And look, so does my daughter Noelle!  What a crack up to watch her sleep.  If she was my firstborn, I would be scared that she would suffocate.  Since she’s the second born, I figure, “Oh, she’ll get plenty of oxygen through the fibers of the pillowcase!”  When the pillowcase goes over her face, I know she’s in the zzz-zone.

My husband teases me constantly about my love of sleep.  When the alarm clock rings, I crawl under the covers in the fetal position for 5 more minutes…

He calls me a power sleeper.  And you know what?  I’m happy to be one because getting a good night’s sleep is very important for your health.  Never feel guilty about getting to bed early or saying no to an evening invitation because you know you have to get up early the next morning.  You need your sleep!  And if you’re having a problem getting your zzz’s, you’ll find tips to help you relax in Day 24 of my book.

You can always try Noelle’s way.  Put your pillowcase over your face.  Case closed.
