That’s our last HABIT from our book study from Calm, Cool, and Connected: 5 Digital Habits for a More Balanced Life. Getting outside, even if it’s just poking your head out when it’s snowing, is calming and restoring. The punishment used to be “Go to your room!”, now it’s more like “Go outside!!!” Don’t be afraid to kick your kids off video games to play outside regularly.
