How’s your fitness level?

My husband James, although he doesn’t like exercise, he sees the value in it and he’s pretty fanatical about physical fitness!  “Aren’t you going to work out this morning?” he’ll ask me.  Ug!

Since sometimes we are deaf to our spouse’s instructions about things like physical fitness (I’m confessing here!), I’ve invited fitness expert Kim Dolan Leto to share her STORY of why she decided to get fit.  Her story will touch your heart and motivate you towards fitness.

Kim holds a BSBA from the University of Arizona. She is a Dale Carnegie trained speaker, and has certifications as a Fitness Instructor and Specialist in Fitness Nutrition.
