I hope you had a very merry and blessed Christmas!

What a beautiful time of year to celebrate the Savior’s birth.  As a result of Jesus coming, we can have hope 24/7, 365 days a year – even if we don’t always feel hopeful.

Maybe you’re not feeling well after all the activities of the season.  My friend Sarah Forgrave has written a book to minister to those with health problems.  It’s time for a giveaway of Prayers for Hope and Healing: Seeking God’s Strength as You Face Health Challenges.

Here’s what one reviewer said on Amazon:

As someone who works in healthcare with individuals with chronic illness, I love that this book exists! When a person feels crummy, they sometimes can’t muster up the energy to read – so I don’t often recommend books to my clients. But I want to get THIS book into the hands of all of my clients!

You can easily pick it up, look up a relevant topic like “When you feel lonely” or “When you feel abandoned by your friends,” and read a quick devotional that will brighten your day and help you focus on Jesus as your hope in every circumstance. The author’s prayers are relatable and real and I really believe this book will help people feel not so alone in their health and faith struggles.

Isn’t that neat?

Sarah talks about her book and her journey on this month’s Happy Home podcast.  It’s a conversation that will help you if you care for others, or need physical healing yourself.

For a chance to win a copy of Prayers for Hope and Healing by Sarah Forgrave, comment below by answering this question:  What’s something (or someone) you need prayer for right now?

Not only will you be entering the giveaway, I will be praying for you too.  Please include your email address if you are comfortable doing so…this will make it easier for me to contact you.  Otherwise check back on Friday when I’ll announce the winner.

And if you don’t have FB, no worries.  Just email me at a[email protected] and put “Healing” in the subject line. I’ll know you want to enter.
