Can a high schooler actually survive (not die) without a phone?
Can yours?
The main arguments go something like this:
My child needs a phone to be safe. What if there is an emergency and he or she cannot reach me?
My child needs a phone to be connected to his or her friends. How are they going to socialize with others if they don’t have a phone?
I’ll tackle it in this video…(spoiler alert: my freshman DOES NOT have a phone and is highly functioning!)
Can your high schooler survive without a smartphone?
Is it possible to be in high school without a phone? What about safety? What about being connected to your friends? I'll reference the movie "Screenagers" which I recommend.
